Enjoy one of the top 10 Cape Town outdoor experiences and a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to snorkel with the ocean’s friendliest creatures, the Cape Fur seal. Observe our beautiful underwater life without all the extensive training and complicated equipment required for scuba diving. You will be provided with a wetsuit, mask, snorkel, and fins, as well as a short training session to make sure you are comfortable with the mask and snorkel. If you are not keen to get in the water, you are also welcome to come and watch your friends and family snorkel on the boat.
We will have the following stops:
Itineraries
Stop 1
Arrival
Meet the team at the Hout Bay Harbour. On Google maps or Uber, search the following: “Kayak Adventures”. We will meet you outside the Atlantic Boat Club which is situated inside the Hout Bay Harbour
Stop 2
Gear Check / Training
Undergo a gear check and wetsuit fitting, followed by a short training session before heading out to the boat.
*You can rent a GoPro for an extra price if you'd like to take some awesome footage.
Stop 3
Snorkeling
Head out to your snorkeling excursion.
Stop 4
Hot drink and snacks
After finishing snorkeling, you'll enjoy a hot drink and snacks on the boat.
Stop 5
Return
After snorkeling, return back to the Hout Bay Harbour.
