1. Skydiving
Live the experience of your life by jumping off a plane! You will board an aircraft and fly 9,000ft (2.74km) above ground level to then jump and have a 30-second, 120 mph/ 200 kph free-fall. Afterwards, your internationally qualified tandem master will open the parachute at about 5,000ft. You will be able to catch views of the city bowl, False Bay, Hout Bay, Cape Point, Robben Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.
2. Abseiling
Experience in Table Mountain the highest commercial abseil in the world! Step off at 1,000 meters above sea level and abseil into pure vertical space. The overall experience will take about an hour and will include the safety demonstration, harnessing up, doing the abseil, and a 30-minute hike to get back on top of the mountain. You will be surrounded by awesome views including Robben Island, Lions Head, The Twelve Apostles, and Camps Bay, with the deep blue Atlantic at your feet.
3. Canyoning
